Do the photos need to be professional?

While the highest quality photos produce the highest quality virtual staging results, we can definitely work with photos you take yourself. Please take them on a tripod with the largest view of the room possible - and from 5’ off the ground. If they are much higher, or much lower than 5’ we will not be able to work with them.

Can you replace furniture digitally?

Generally, we can remove + replace items in a lightly-to-moderately furnished room. If the room is heavily furnished, it diminishes the picture quality too much to be useful in a listing.

Do you stage exteriors?

We love exteriors! Decks, pool patios, front porches and yards - we love staging the outdoors.

Can you update wall color or change kitchen cabinet colors?

Yes, and it will make an enormous difference in your photos!

How many photos should I stage?

We recommend a minimum of three per listing, so that your potential buyers can really visualize the spaces of the property. The best case scenario is to stage each major area of the home - Living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom, one exterior scene, and either a kid bedroom or an office.

Will I get to have input in the design of each room?

Of course! It’s easier for us when we know what you’d like to see. You can be as detailed (i.e.,“a modern, navy blue velvet couch in the lower right hand corner”) as you like. Alternatively, you can suggest a style that you’d like to see in the home (i.e., Modern, traditional, farmhouse, etc..) and let our designers handle the rest.

How long will it take to receive my staged pictures?

We guarantee that your photos will be returned to you staged within 24 hours of your paid order. If you request adjustments or revisions, we respectfully request an additional 24 hours.

What is your return policy?

To date, we’ve never had to issue a return. We guarantee our work and we will revise it until you are completely satisfied! In the unlikely event that we just can’t get there with you, we will happily refund you fully.

Do you stage homes that aren't "luxury"?

Sure! We are happy to discuss any virtual home staging needs you may have.

Kelly studied Marketing and Design at DePaul University, where she graduated in 2006. She made her way to the tech mecca of Seattle, WA after college where she has resided ever since. She started Luxury Staging Pro after a family tragedy left her as the sole provider to four young kids. What began as a virtual home staging company has blossomed over time into a full-service digital architecture firm offering a host of products that help realtors, builders and property managers sell and rent homes more efficiently.

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys hiking in Washington's stunning national parks, traveling abroad, and supporting her kids in their various hobbies and adventures.

Harry earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Keuka College and studied Interior Architectural Design at Hanoi Architectural University. Since 2019, he has led a talented team of architects and designers, specializing in virtual staging, photo editing, and 3D floor plans. Harry is the magic behind Luxury Staging Pro's beautifully crafted digital products. His keen eye for great style and high-quality imagery has helped us grow rapidly.

Katie studied Business Administration and Finance at DePaul University, graduating in 2006. From there, she built a successful career in IT Consulting Sales for over a decade, before joining Luxury Staging Pro. Katie is the head of all things growth, development and relationship building.

In her spare time, Katie's main passion is travel. She's been to over 100 countries, and chances are she is several time zones away during your calls with her. She also adores animals, children, and giving back to the less fortunate.

Jennifer came to Luxury Staging Pro by way of a traditional "live" staging company where she managed client accounts. She understood the growing appeal of the digital version of the home staging industry and landed at our office. Now we'd be lost without her as she has her hand in every vital aspect of the company. Chances are she's delivered your photos, set up your gallery or answered the phone when you called with questions.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys time playing with her Frenchie's Paco and Juan; and being the world's best aunt to a host of nieces and nephews.
