Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after three rounds of free revisions, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Changing listing or marketing plans after products have been ordered is not a valid reason for return.
RETURN PROCESS
To process your return, please email customer service at info@luxurystagingpro.com. If customers are not satisfied with the staged photos after three rounds of revisions, customers can receive money back. Customer agrees they will not use staged photos once monies are refunded.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- After 14 business days items cannot be returned
Please Note
- If a customer is dissatisfied and the complaint cannot be solved by providing revisions to the photos, the customer can ask for a return of monies paid. Customer agrees staged photos for which they have received monies back will not be published or used on any website, listing, brochure or printed marketing materials.
